We have come down off the plateau and are, in theory, in the warm lowlands. But it is very cold and yesterday it was b***** freezing! I'm really fit and raring to go and with NO blisters so far - am just held back by younger companions who are not up to snuff (although they claim it is because I keep them awake all night).
