eek, I was photographing the view then suddenly I realised the post in fron of me was literally crawling wiht little black catapillars!

Day 16 - Friday 18th May 2007 >>

After ignoring Jackie's wise advice not to drink the hotel bathroom tap water I spent large amounts of this morning feeling so ill all I wanted to do was keel over in a ditch. Unfortunately this was also one of the days that we did absolutely nothing but walk uphill all of which led to me feeling quite bad...
By the afternoon I was feeling much better and we reached the farm at Le batterdou. (a detour we had to take as the village we were aiming for was full)
It was a very nice location, lots of animals around and the poor exhausted woman who worked there produced the most fantastic meal for a serious amount of pilgrims staying there overnight!
